The projects have been awarded by three global clients and cover events in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, the Euro-Mediterranean region, Australia and Africa. The contracts are expected to further enhance the company's geographical diversification and its position in technically challenging offshore markets.
Tubacex stated that the new agreements provide about 12 months of order visibility in the hose cable segment. The company plans to fulfill the contracts through its specialized production centers using processes specifically designed to meet the requirements of the subsea industry.
Hose cables play a crucial role in underwater systems
Hose cables are important components of the offshore oil and gas infrastructure, connecting surface facilities with seabed equipment. They carry hydraulic fluids, chemicals, and control signals used to control valves, protect pipelines, and provide remote monitoring.
Often described as the "nervous system" of underwater operations, umbilical cords provide stability, safety, and continuous production in marine environments.
