The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Armenia, announced the extension of the anti-dumping duty on seamless petroleum products (OCTG) from China until December 21, 2026 inclusive.
The existing measure was due to expire on April 26 2026, but the extension followed the start of a repeated anti-dumping investigation on December 22, 2025 after submitting an official request to the EEC Internal Market Protection Department. The reinvestigation will determine whether anti-dumping duties should be maintained, modified or terminated when they end in 2026.
The extension ensures that the current duty remains in effect while authorities assess whether the removal of the measure would lead to further dumping and harm. Anti-dumping duties on OCTG from China range from 12.23 to 31 percent, depending on the manufacturer.
