In January of this year, total property sales in Turkey totaled 111,480 units, down 58.0% month-on-month and 4.7% year-on-year, according to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
In this month, sales were mainly concentrated in Istanbul, where 20,412 units of real estate were sold, followed by Ankara with 10,207 units.
