China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced that from February 2 to 8 this year, the average price of finished steel in China continued to decline.
During this period, the average prices of rebar, hot-rolled steel strip and ordinary average steel plate decreased by 0.3 percent, 0.2 percent and 0.2 percent weekly, respectively.
During the same period, the average prices of smokeless lump coal, thermal coal and coking coal decreased by 0.4 percent, 0.1 percent and 0.1 percent over the week, respectively
