S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the Countervailing Duty Ordinance (CVD) on certain carbon grade cut-to-length steel sheets from South Korea for the period January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
The DOC determined that exporters from this country received compensatory subsidies during the period under review. The estimated subsidy rates are 2.21 percent for Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. and 1.31 percent for Hyundai Steel Company, according to preliminary results.
