According to export data from the U.S. Department of Commerce, cold rolled coil exports to the United States totaled 38,746 tons in December 2025, down 36.7 percent from the previous month and down 21.1 percent from the same period last year. In value terms, CRC exports totaled $52.9 million in December, up from $75.1 million in the previous month and $63.8 million in the same month in 2024.
The United States shipped the most CRC to Mexico in December, with 28,772 tons, compared to 50,119 tons in November and 34,696 tons in December 2024.
