In the first two months of this year, the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant of the IDS group increased the production of steel to 729 thousand tons, which is 16% more than in January - February 2012. This was reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine.
In addition, the production of metal rolling over this period increased by 18% - up to 664 thousand tons and cast iron smelting amounted to 692 tons, which is 19% more than in the first two months of 2012.
As we have already reported, last year the Alchevskinskoye Commerce Rill produced 3 million 870 thousand tons of tons of steel, smelted 3 million 520 thousand cast iron and manufactured 3 million 470 thousand tons of metal rolling.
