In the fourth quarter of last year, Vallourec's sales revenue decreased 2.1 percent year-on-year to €1.04 billion, while EBITDA was €214 million, remaining stable compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. In 2025, the company's sales revenue was €3.81 billion, down 5.6% year-on-year, while EBITDA was €819 million compared to €832 million in 2024.
In the fourth quarter, the company's pipe sales fell 7.4 percent to 335,000 tons, while for the full year, pipe sales totaled 1.24 million tons, a decrease of 4.1 percent compared to the same period last year.
Valurek stated that its results for the full year 2026 are expected to be influenced by several market and operational dynamics in key business segments. In the North American pipe segment, the company expects sales volumes to remain strong, driven by the increased market share achieved during 2025. At the same time, Vallourec forecasts a slight decrease in prices in the US market in the short term, although an improvement in supply and demand conditions in the industry may lead to an improvement in prices at the end of the year.
