S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of an administrative review of the countervailing duty ordinance on certain oil country pipe products (OCTG) from Turkey during the review period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
DOC has previously determined that the compensatory subsidies were provided by Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.
Ş. during the review period. The DOC has previously calculated a net compensation subsidy rate of 1.44 percent for the company.
The final results of the review are expected to be announced within 120 days of the publication of the preliminary results.
