U.S. tin plate exports totaled 3,245 tons last December, down 27.1 percent month-on-month and up 6.5 percent from December 2024, according to U.S. Commerce Department export data. In value terms, tin plate exports were $3.46 million in December, up from $3.96 million in the previous month and $3.38 million in the same month in 2024.
The US shipped the most tin plates to India in December with 1,249. There were no other significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for tin plate in the month ultrasound.
