Klöckner & Co., a German manufacturer and distributor of steel and non-ferrous metals, announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025.
The company recorded a net loss of €15 million in the quarter, compared with a net loss of €91 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, while sales revenue declined 1.5% year-on-year up to € 1.46 billion. In addition, EBITDA Klöckner & Co. in the fourth quarter was €34 million, compared to €16 million in the same quarter last year.
The company recorded a net loss of €53 million in 2024, compared to a net loss of €176 million in 2024, while sales revenue declined 3.8% year-on-year to €6.38 billion. Also, Klöckner's EBITDA this year increased by 39.4 percent compared to the previous year to € 152 million.
In addition, the company's steel shipments reached 1.05 million tons and 4.53 million tons, respectively, in the fourth quarter and for the full year.
Klöckner said that he is optimistic about this year and forecasts that shipments will remain stable compared to the previous year despite the sale of eight U.S. distribution centers by the end of 2025.
