The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the preliminary results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty ruling on heavy wall rectangular pipe (LWRPT) from Mexico for the review period of September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024.
DOC has tentatively determined that Mexican exporters made sales of the subject product at prices below normal value during the review period. The DOC has tentatively determined the estimated weighted average dumping margin to be 7.42 percent for Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.

V., 31.23 percent for Forza Steel S.
A. de C.
V. and 16.81 percent for other Mexican companies.
DOC also vacated this review, in part, for 12 companies for which there were no verifiable records of the products in question during the period under review.
