S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty ordinance on nickel-plated flat steel products with diffusion annealing from Japan for the period from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
During the period under review, it was determined that the product in question from Toyo Kohan was not sold at a lower than normal price. The DOC determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero percent for the company based on the preliminary results.
