By decision of the IREPAS Board, Ioannis Manessis, head and co-owner of Hellenic steel producer Halyvourgia S.
A., assumed the duties of Murat Cebecioglu, who has served as Chairman of IREPAS since 2016.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Manessis has held several senior positions in the company, including Export Director, Managing Director and Vice President of the Board of Directors, developing his extensive technical and commercial experience in the long products sector. In addition to his work in the steel industry, Mr. Manessis is actively involved in dry cargo transportation and has regularly participated in IREPAS meetings over the past two decades.
