According to the company's announcement to the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange, local pipe manufacturer East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (East Pipes) has completed the construction and installation of a new pipe production line, and operations and production have now commenced in accordance with the approved operating plan.
According to East Pipes, the commissioning of the new line is part of the company's strategic plans to increase production capacity and improve the efficiency of production processes.
Additional capacity 100,000 metric tons from new line
According to the company, the newly installed pipe production line will add about 100,000 metric tons to the annual production capacity. East Pipes said this additional capacity will increase the company's nominal production capacity from 400,000 tons per year to approximately 500,000 tons.
According to East Pipes, the financial impact of the new pipe production line is expected to begin to be reflected in the company's financial results during the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026.
