Property sales in Turkey increased by 11.7 percent in February 2026 compared to January

In February of this year, property sales in Turkey totaled 124,549 units, an increase of 11.7 percent month-on-month and 5.9 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

In January-February of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 236,029 units, an increase of 0.6 percent compared to the same period in 2025.
