Turkey's scrap imports fell 17.7 percent month-on-month and 9.4 percent year-on-year to 1.40 million metric tons in February this year, according to data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). The value of these imports was $534.53 million, down 15.9% year-on-year and 7.8% month-on-month.
