China Railway Corporation (CRC) announced that the total fixed capital investment (FAI) in China's railways between January and March this year was 137.9 billion yuan ($20.0 billion), up 5.1% year-on-year.
CRC said it will promote major railway construction projects in accordance with the 15th Five-Year Plan plan, rationally coordinate construction resources, ensure project quality and maximize the economic impact of railway investment.
