Productivity will increase to 60,000 tons per year
The project will increase the total galvanized steel production capacity from 40,000 to 60,000 tons to meet the growing demand from the construction, energy and transportation sectors. The electroplating segment will see the most noticeable growth: from 15,000 tons to 45,000 tons.
Environmental impact and mitigation
According to the approved EIA report, the project will generate domestic and industrial wastewater, emissions from galvanization processes, and solid industrial waste. The total volume of hazardous waste is estimated at about 1.6 million kg/year. To manage these risks, the company has installed four exhaust gas treatment systems with a total capacity of 150,000 m3/h, ensuring that emissions comply with national standards.
