Crude steel production in Italy increased by 0.2 percent in March 2026

According to the latest data released by Federacciai, the Italian Federation of Steel Companies, Italy's crude steel production was 2.1 million tons in March 2026, compared with 1.9 million tons in February, up 0.2% year-on-year. In the first three months of this year, crude steel production in Italy increased by 1.5 percent year-on-year to 5.6 million tons.
