S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of an administrative review of the Anti-dumping Duty (AD) order on round-welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period from March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
The Ministry of Commerce has previously determined that Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. (Saha Thai) sold the relevant goods at less than normal values during the verification period, with a preliminary weighted average dumping margin. 0. 64 percent of Thai Premium Pipe Co. Ltd. (TPP), the only unverified company, was assigned the same rate.
DOC cancelled the inspection of 28 companies that did not have suspended records of the products in question during the inspection period.
