The United States International Trade Commission has initiated second five-year reviews of the duration of antidumping duty orders on welded pipeline pipe from South Korea and Turkey and countervailing duties on welded pipeline pipe from Turkey. The Commission will determine whether rescission of the orders would result in continued or recurrent material harm to U.S. industry.
Stakeholders must submit responses to the Commission by June 1, 2026. Comments on the adequacy of these responses must be submitted by July 13, 2026. Based on the responses received, the Commission will decide whether to conduct a full or expedited review.
The initial anti-dumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey and the countervailing duty order from Turkey were issued on December 1, 2015. This is the second sunset review of the orders.
