India's Jindal Steel limited (JSL) reported a consolidated net profit of INR 10.41 billion (USD 109.62 million) in the fourth quarter (January-March) of fiscal year 2025-26, compared to a net loss of INR 3.04 billion (USD 32.0 million) in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, according to the company's report released on Monday, May. 4.
The company's total revenue for the quarter was INR 164.84 billion ($1.74 billion), up 25 percent year-on-year.
The company said production rose 14 percent year-on-year during the quarter to 9.25 million tonnes, while sales rose nine percent year-on-year to 8.68 million tons.
