The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the final results of its expedited first review of a countervailing duty (CVD) order on steel wire prestressed concrete (PC) strands from Turkey, determining that withdrawal of the order would likely result in the continuation or resumption of countervailing subsidies.
Net countervailing subsidy rates would likely prevail in the event the order is lifted. are 68.74 percent for Celik Halat ve Tel San A.
S., 95.29 percent for Guney Celik Hasir ve Demir and 82.29 percent for all others.
The PC CVD order from Turkey was originally issued on February 3, 2021. The final review began on January 2, 2026, and the final results were published on May 4. 2026.
