Compared to the first four months of 2026, for the same period in 2025, production rose 4.9 percent to 872 600 units, domestic sales increased 14.9 percent to 873,500 units, while exports fell 16.9 percent to 142,400 units.
According to ANFAVEA President Igor Kalvet, April, with two fewer business days, did not repeat the good performance of March, but it was a month with positive figures compared to the same period a year earlier, indicating the continued recovery of the market. volumes.
According to him, the monthly ANFAVEA report focuses on the fact that the volume of registration of imported vehicles continues to grow even after the entry of new manufacturers into the country.
