The U.
S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty (AD) on reinforced concrete reinforcement (rebar) from Mexico for the period of review (POR) from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024.
The Ministry of Commerce has previously determined that the organization known as the Deacero Group consists of Deacero C.

V. During the POR, I was selling the relevant products at a lower than normal price. The DOC assigned the Deacero Group a preliminary weighted average dumping margin of 8.45 percent.
In addition, the DOC cancelled this revision with respect to Grupo Acerero S.

B. de K.
V. and its affiliates, as well as Sidertul S.
A. de C.
V., as these three companies had no verifiable suspended records of the products in question during the POR.
