The U.
S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty (AD) on certain oil country pipe products (OCTG) from Mexico for the review period (POR) from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024.
The Commerce Department has preliminarily determined that Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.
A. (TAMSA), the sole mandatory Defendant, sold the goods in question at a price below normal during the POR and assigned the company a preliminary weighted average dumping margin of 1.62 percent.
In addition, the DOC withdrew this review in respect of Siderca S.
A.
I.
C. and Vallourec Oil & Gas Mexico, S.
A. de C.
V., as these two companies had no verifiable suspended records of the goods in question during the POR.
