The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released preliminary results of its administrative review of anti-dumping duty (AD) order AD on large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Turkey for the review period (POR) from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.
The Department of Commerce has tentatively determined that HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.
S. and Cimtas Boru Imalatiral Ticaret Ltd. sold the relevant products in the United States at below normal prices during the POR, with a preliminary weighted average dumping margin of 1.89 percent for both companies.
The DOJ waived its review of 10 companies. Three, including Noksel Çelik Boru Sanayi A.
S. and two Toskelik organizations, the applicant withdrew its requests for reconsideration. The remaining seven were canceled due to a lack of verifiable suspended records for the items in question at the time of the POR. Preliminary results were published in the Federal Register on May 27, 2026
