The steel factory in Kremenchug will stand without work for another month. According to the enterprise, the Russian Federal Budgetary Institution "Certification Register on the Federal Railway Transport" is drawn with the issuance of a certificate for the products of Ukrainian metallurgists.
Earlier it was planned to resume the production of steel until April 1, however, paperwork and bureaucratic obstacles are holding the Kremenchug Metzur Stopped since February last year. Employees of the enterprise, being in the forced simple, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine receive 2/3 of the official salary.
The main products of the Kremenchug steel plant are the side frames of carts of cargo cars, which are fully exported to the Russian Federation.
The metallurgical plant in Kremenchug belongs to a cheerful company of Ukrainians and Cypriots, which were also quite possibly born in Ukraine. According to our information, 35.82% of the shares of this enterprise belongs to CJSC Holding Company Teko-Dneprometiz (TAS group, Kyiv), 48.45% of the shares are in the hands of Difano Investments LTD (Cyprus) and another 9.2% of the Cyprus Latinaizen LTD. The remaining shares are walking around the former and the hands of the former and the hands of the former and current employees of the steel factory.
