The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the final results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on welded line pipe from South Korea for the period December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023.
The Department of Commerce has determined that the manufacturers and exporters subject to this administrative review did not have sales of welded line pipe from South Korea at a lower than normal price during the review period. DOC has determined the estimated weighted average dumping margin to be zero for Husteel Co., Ltd., Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., NEXTEEL Co., Ltd. and SeAH Steel Corporation, which is consistent with preliminary results
