In November, the country's imports of base metals and products made from them totaled 7.39 billion South African rand (446.81 million US dollars), down 17.4 percent from the previous month, while in the first eleven months of 2025, imports of base metals and products made from South Africa decreased 5.1 percent year-on-year. up to 88.38 billion South African rand (5.34 billion US dollars) compared to the same period in 2024.
