The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the amended final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty ruling on certain carbon and alloy steel (CTL) sheets from Belgium for the review period May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.
The Department of Commerce is amending the final results to reflect the correction of the Department's error. Taking into account the adjustment, the final weighted average dumping margin of Industeel Belgium S.
A. changed from 5.78 percent to 5.27 percent. According to preliminary results, Industeel's weighted average dumping margin was 5.22 percent.
