In May, Turkey's ferrous metallurgy exports ranked seventh among the country's products with the highest export value, amounting to $970.36 million, which is 0.4% less than in the same period last year. Meanwhile, in this month, the value of exports of iron or steel products, which ranked eighth among the products with the highest export value, decreased by 13.0 percent year-on-year, amounting to $763.91 million
In January-May of this year, the value of Turkish ferrous metallurgy exports decreased by 3.2 percent to $4.36 billion, while the value of exports of ferrous metallurgy or steel products decreased by 0.1 percent to $3.87 billion year-on-year.
