Saudi Arabian Pipes Company, a pipe manufacturer, has announced the signing of a new contract with Saudi oil and gas giant Aramco for the production and supply of steel pipes, which will further strengthen its order portfolio and strengthen its position in the domestic energy supply chain.
According to the company's statement, the latest contract is estimated at about 133 million Saudi riyals (35.47 million US dollars) and is designed for nine months. According to the agreement, Arabian Pipes will manufacture and supply specialized steel pipes in accordance with the technical requirements of Aramco's infrastructure projects, using its internal production facilities to fulfill the order.
The company said the financial implications of the contract are expected to be reflected in the first half of 2027, providing Arabian Pipes with additional revenue visibility amid continued demand from the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector.
The latest contract follows two other recent steel contracts. Pipe supply contracts signed between Arabian Pipes and Aramco, including a contract worth 48 million riyals (US$12.83 million) for a period of eight months, with financial implications expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027, as well as a separate contract worth 94 million riyals (US$ 25.06 million) through which the company will supply pipes over a nine-month period.
