The United States is reviewing the final results of the antidumping investigation into hot-rolled steel from Japan by court order.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the amended final results of the administrative review of the Anti-dumping Duty (AD) order on certain hot-rolled flat steel products (hot-rolled steel) from Japan for the period from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.

DOC amends the final results in accordance with the decision of the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT). On April 8, 2026, the International Court of Arbitration issued its final decision confirming the results of the second audit, which, in the opinion of the DOC, do not correspond to the original final results.
