The United States has announced the preliminary results of an anti-dumping investigation into carbon steel flanges from Spain.

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain for the period from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

The Commission has previously established that ULMA Forja, S. Coop (ULMA) sold goods at a lower than usual price during the period under review. The DOC has previously determined a weighted average dumping margin of 1.22% for the company.

The rate for all others is 18.81%.

The final results are expected to be published within 120 days of the release of the preliminary results.
