According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, number 749 of October 2, 2013, when selling metal rolling, a deviation of 5 percent with trading with related persons is allowed. This resolution is designed to solve the problems of transfer pricing.
In addition, the five percent range is set on income from cereals, fats and oils, ores, oil and mineral fuels, ferrous metals and products from them, as well as products of inorganic chemistry and organic chemical compounds.
