It is planned that 200 thousand tons of aluminum received at the plant will be exported annually to Japan. In production, it will be possible to use scrap of non -ferrous metals to restore them and obtain pure aluminum.

The parties discussed the prospects for the development of the aluminum business in Indonesia and, in particular, the construction of additional power production capacities, the reserves of which in this region exceed 700 million tons.
This summer, in the same places, the joint project of the Harita Group (30 percent) and the Chinese Hongqiao Group (70 percent) for the construction of the first in Indonesia of the Garvest Winning Alumina Refinery - worth a billion dollars and a capacity of 2 million tons in the Indonesia of the Harita Group. year. Its construction will be held in two phases: the first is planned to be completed in 2015, after which the plant will be able to produce a million tons of bauxite per year. The project is scheduled to fully implement in 2017.
