The strategic vision of the Ministry of Economic Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship support (SMEs) is reflected in legislative acts, in particular, in the draft Law of Ukraine “On the Development and State Support of Medium and Small Business,” said Igor Sheverdin, director of the Department of State Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of Entrepreneurship of Entrepreneurship, Igor Shever, during the public discussion, “Entrepreneurship Reality in Ukraine: How are the conditions of taxation and tax conditions and the conditions of taxation and the conditions foreign trade. Igor Sheverdin noted that now the government is actively working on the formation of state support for business, including financial and credit.
“Today, in Ukraine, a budget program of microcreditation is being implemented through the State Entrepreneurship Fund, according to which loans are provided to small and medium -sized enterprises for the production, processing, marketing of products, the acquisition of equipment, the latest technologies on preferential conditions under one and a half accounts of the NBU,” said the director of the Department of State Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development.
He emphasized that the project of a nationwide and medium -sized enterprise support program for 2014-2024 has already been prepared and submitted for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers, which will allow you to phased in Ukraine new types of financial state support for SMEs, namely: partial compensation for interest rates for loans provided for business, compensation for leasing payments; It is planned to expand the microcredit program, as well as the development of the appropriate support infrastructure.
A specialist in the Ministry of Economic Development noted that work continues to create understandable and transparent rules to ensure equal competitive conditions for the business for detention and combat corruption. The work of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Protection of the Rights of Investors, counteracting the absorption and seizure of enterprises was resumed. In the process of creation, there is an institution of monitoring the business environment, the main function of which will be the determination of the systemic causes of violation of the rights of the enterprise and processing complaints from the business.
Also, during the discussion, Igor Sheverdin informed about measures that helped Ukraine rise to 28 steps in the Doing Business rating and enter the top ten countries that demonstrated the best pace of economic reform.
