Zaporizhstal signed a new collective agreement for 2014

On March 21, at the conference of the labor collective of JSC Zaporizhstal, the Collective Agreement between the administration of the metallurgical plant and the labor collective for 2014 was adopted. On the part of the employer, the document was signed by Rostislav Shurma, General Director of Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Works, on the part of the employees - by the chairman of the trade union committee Leonid Anisimov. This was reported by the press service of Zaporizhstal.

The participants of the meeting summed up the results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2013, which was recognized as the best in the industry among the enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine.
"In the Collective Agreement of 2013, out of 164 points, everything is fulfilled, which is confirmed by the signed bilateral act between the trade union (representative of the labor collective) and the employer," the press service emphasized.

“Today the economic situation is not easy, but even in these conditions we find opportunities to increase the social guarantees of workers. We must understand that earning funds for social programs is the task of both the employer and each employee of the plant, only this will create all the conditions for the strict implementation of all provisions of the collective agreement, "said Rostislav Shurma, General Director of Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Works.

The main social document of Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Works fully retains all social guarantees and benefits for employees in 2014, it confirms all the obligations of the parties and the main positions on labor relations, employment, work and rest time, labor discipline, labor and environmental protection. environment, social benefits and guarantees. The agreement provides for the implementation of 138 measures. The package of social benefits and guarantees for one employee is UAH 4,100 in monetary terms, for a veteran of the plant - UAH 2,080.
