The Vyksa Metallurgical Plant knocked out the results of the modernization of a complex of pipes of medium and small diameter

At the Proksunsky factory, work was completed to update and modernize the equipment of the finish line in the pipeline workshop of the medium and small diameter pipes.

The head of the pipes complex Igor Luba noted that the third line of finishes has already been commissioned. Construction, dismantling and work on the modernization of machines, electric and mechanical installation are also performed. By mid -July, adjusting transport management programs and equipment for thread -cutting machines should be completed. They plan to launch the line in August.

During the work, the specialists replaced the system for the supply and preparation of coolant-lubricants for machine tools. This should ensure good operating conditions of cutting tools, as well as improve the quality of the chopped thread.

In addition to work with the workshop No. 5, the modernization of equipment on the new line in the pipe-electrostering workshop continues, the Vols was installed, and laying of the fiber for organizing a modern telecommunication system.

According to the head of the I. Lube pipes complex, commissioning and installation work is underway, staff training. Also, important work on the modernization of quenching equipment was carried out at the TPC-3.

Construction and installation work at the TPC-3 began back in October 2010. After modernization, the workshops will produce profiled, oil and gas pipes in a diameter of 219-530 mm. For this, the finish line was reconstructed, the equipment of non -destructive control and installation of geometric parameters control was replaced.

Expansion, updating of production capacities indicates the demand for products of the complex of medium and small diameters of the VMZ, and modernization will improve professionalism on high -tech equipment and increase production efficiency.
