The general meeting of shareholders is the supreme governing body of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih approved the annual report and a decision was made on the distribution of profits.
According to the results of the work of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in 2018:
Net income from product sales amounted to UAH 68 billion.
Net profit amounted to UAH 9.51 billion.
Based on the results of the approval of the procedure for distribution of profits, it was decided to direct the profit received from the results of the financial and economic activities of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in 2018 to the development of production.
