The entry into December means that the Chinese steel market has officially entered the off-season and steel demand from buyers is forecast to decline.
At present, the weather in the northern region of China has become colder, so most of the construction sites decided to slow down their work, and therefore the demand for steel products in the market was less than before.
Due to such factors, prices for Chinese steel may return to a lower level in the near future. While most steel mills remained strong in the past week, fewer deals were made in the market.
