Iranian Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Jafar Sarkini said the ministry had taken the necessary measures to preserve Iranian metal exports, although the United States imposed sanctions on them.
The minister said that steel production in Iran in 2019 amounted to 25 million tons, and in the current Iranian year this figure will reach 30 million tons, and in the next two Iranian years it will reach 45 million tons.
