USA imposes duties on seamless pressure pipes from Russia and Ukraine

The estimated weighted average dumping margin for South Korea was set at 4.48%, for Russia - 209.72%, and for Ukraine - 23.75%.

In terms of the GCC regulation, South Korea received 1.78% subsidy and Russia 48.38%.
