China's iron ore price index rose on January 26

The China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) stood at 494.00 on Jan. 26, up 0.53% or 2.63 points from the previous index, according to the China Iron and Steel Industry Association (CISA).

January 25 CIOPI ore price index was 411.24 points, up 0.06% or 0.26 points from the previous price index; the price index for imported iron ore was 509.65 points, up 0.61% or 3.07 points from the previous figure.
