In accordance with the final result of the administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) duties, the United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Turkish manufacturers or exporters of reinforced concrete rebar (reinforcement) subject to this review sold their products at prices lower than fair value during the inspection period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020
The USDA determined that Habas had no shipments of the goods in question and Çolakoğlu Metalurji did not sell the goods in question at prices below normal value during the review period.
The weighted average dumping margin for Kaptan Demir Çelik, İçdaş Çelik, Kroman Çelik, Yücel Boru and Diler Dis Ticaret was set at 1.02% and 0% for Çolakoğlu Metalurji.
This measure has been applied since February 8, 2022.
