Turkish Tosyali Holding exports steel pipes to Angola

According to the announcement, Turkish steel pipe manufacturer Tosyali Holding will supply 15,000 tons of corrosion-resistant steel pipes for two major port projects in Angola. Tosyali Holding was responsible for the largest steel pipe project from Algeria to Angola under the Japanese contracting company TOA Corporation.

These steel pipes have been used to expand the Namibe container terminal and the Sacomar Mineral Port renovation projects, which will reduce dependence on oil and diversify Angola's economy.

Tosyali Holding plans to build a state-of-the-art DRI plant and a 2.5Mt and 4Mt flat steel plant respectively in Algeria, with a total steel production capacity of around 8.5Mt per annum.
