Steel Authority of India limited (SAIL) achieved a consolidated net profit of INR 4.2 billion (USD 47.40 million) in the second quarter (July-September) of fiscal year 2025-26, down 53 percent from the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, according to a company statement on Thursday, October 30.
