According to the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), China's new energy vehicle (NEV) wholesale sales reached 1.61 million units in October this year, up 16.0 percent year-on-year and up 7.0 percent month-on-month.
Between January and October this year, China's new energy vehicle (NEV) wholesale sales were estimated to be 12,054 million units, up 30.0 percent year-on-year.
Meanwhile, the CPCA forecast that retail passenger vehicle sales in China are likely to grow nine percent year-on-year for the full year 2025, on the back of strong growth seen between February and September this year.
